2. Digital Goods

GlowUp AI sells prepaid credits that are redeemed for AI image processing. Because credits are delivered instantly and represent consumable digital goods, they are generally non-refundable once used.

3. When You May Request a Refund

We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible if:

• You were charged for credits that were never delivered to your account.
• A technical failure on our side prevented credited features from working, and we could not resolve it.
• You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a payment error.
• Applicable law grants you a statutory right of withdrawal that we cannot exclude.

4. When Refunds Do Not Apply

• You changed your mind after credits were delivered and remain available.
• You are dissatisfied with the artistic or aesthetic quality of an AI-generated output.
• Credits were consumed by successful operations, even if you did not use the result.
• Your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@glowup123.com within 14 days of the charge. Please include your account email, the date of purchase, the amount, and a brief explanation. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

6. Processing of Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method via our merchant of record. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
